We’re pleased to announce the latest addition to the Acqueon team. Ashok Raj will function as Director of Product Engagement and Delivery.
Ashok has over 12 years of experience in the IVR/CTI/ Contact Center Industry and Speech Technology and has extensive experience in design, development and implementation of CTI and IVR applications on the Avaya, Cisco, Genesys, Intervoice and Voxeo platforms.
He has designed and implemented more than 50 self-service and contact center applications in various verticals across 17 countries and has a credit of more than 19 implementations within United States. He has been credited for his expertise in integrating self-service solutions with complex enterprise back end systems and other customer interaction technologies such as:
Ashok completed his Bachelor in Engineering from the University of Madras and is an avid technology and gadget freak.
We’re excited to announce that Ryan Poulos, an Enterprise Software Sales and Business Development Professional, has joined the Acqueon team as Director of Channels and Alliances.
Ryan Poulos is a qualified Enterprise Software Sales and Business Development professional with over 15 years of sales experience. Before joining Acqueon, Ryan worked for Enghouse Interactive as a Channel Manager and Microsoft Practice Director. He specialized in building a direct channel for distributing enterprise level contact center software solutions. Ryan also held similar roles with Maron Structure Technologies and Gold Systems. Mr. Poulos’ past achievements include building two Microsoft practices around Microsoft Lync, and helping grow sales in a startup to achieve Inc. 500 status. Ryan has achieved the following certifications:
Ryan attended Wichita State University and earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Almeda University and enjoys collecting and restoring classic cars from the 50s and 60s.
We are pleased to announce that Joe Pratt is joining Acqueon Technologies as Sales Director, responsible for key North America partner relationships in the Western US. Joe will be joining Andy Marcopulos, Sales Director, who will be handling named partners and the Eastern US.
Joe comes to us from Touchbase, a North America ATP for Cisco. As VP of Business Development at Touchbase, Joe was responsible for expanding the contact center consulting business in the Western US by creating new opportunities through direct customer sales and channel based partner sales.
Prior to Touchbase, he was with ALI Solutions where he was Sales Director and lead sales representative for outbound contact center customers including Cisco and Avaya sales channels.
