Please welcome ShoreGroup and their Customer HomeServe USA to our Acqueon Community

ShoreGroup is our latest Cisco ATP partner in the US. ShoreGroup® is a converged network solutions provider delivering management applications, operational maintenance services and professional services. Founded in 1999, ShoreGroup is based in New York City and Syracuse, NY, with sales and engineering support locations throughout North America.

Their customer HomeServe USA went to production on LCM 1.8 in March. The mission of HomeServe is simple: “To free our customers from the worry home emergencies repairs.” And since 2003 we’ve been doing just that – providing homeowners across the country with affordable home emergency repair plans offer protection you from the high cost of repair bills and and provide help for home emergencies, all with just one phone call. Maybe utilize 1-2 of the below.

  • We provide repair services to over 1,000,000 homeowners from coast to coast.
  • We are approved repair management administrators in 36 states.
  • 25 utility companies have chosen HomeServe USA to be their official provider of emergency home repair services.

Joining the Acqueon Community from Europe are two large financial institutions in Ireland and Portugal. Allied Irish Band of Ireland has successfully gone to production with the help of their Cisco Partner eircom of Ireland. Allied Irish Bank is one of the largest and oldest financial institutions in Ireland and replaced their Avaya system with Cisco and LCM. Eircom is the leading Cisco solutions provider in Ireland. Cilnet is the long-time Acqueon partner who provided installation support for the Financial Institution in Portugal which prefers to remain un-named at this time.

ANZ Indonesia went into production with LCM on September 2011. With Outbound dialing for around 250 agents, LCM has optimized ANZ business processes and realized greater productivity with the Cisco Dialer. Kotak Bank and Kasikorn Bank also significantly expanded their use of LCM. Kasikorn Bank has 450 outbound agents and nearly 2000 inbound agents in their operation.
