At Acqueon, marketing starts with people, and we’re looking for a customer-centric Director
of Partner Marketing to join our thriving marketing department. The ideal candidate will have
experience in outbound or inbound marketing activities, and a creative mind to help us stay fresh
and competitive. Acqueon will rely on the marketing leader’s ability to collaborate with a team of
thinkers and doers, as well as a strong capacity for managing multiple tasks at one time. He/She will
be expected to prepare and present ideas and deliverables on a regular basis, and research market
trends and industry data to help us stay on the cutting edge.

Key Responsibilities
The Director of Partner Marketing reports to the CMO and is responsible for planning and executing all
partner marketing initiatives. The Director will design, develop, and execute marketing programs to help
recruit and enable effective channel partners, create powerful marketing and sales campaigns that
increase partners’ and their customer companies’ awareness and adoption of Acqueon, develop
sales tools for partners to use in the field, generate demand for the partner channel, work closely
with the Acqueon sales team to accelerate the growth of the business.

Some of the things you’ll be doing
• Lead and manage Partner Marketing, including allocating resources, managing marketing
operations, and hiring and training team members as needed
• Develop and design marketing programs for our resellers, our system integrators and our technology partners
• Analyze program results and make recommendations for future improvements
• Engage our partners to focus on Acqueon
• Create demand generation programs for our partners that can be used to drive new opportunities
into the pipeline
• Create partner learning materials for product launches or releases
• Develop marketing programs targeted to partners that raise awareness and mindshare for our products
• Identify and develop effective marketing and sales collateral – using both internal and
external/agency resources – for use on the Acqueon web site and in campaigns
• Design and manage marketing event campaigns for industry trade shows and conferences

Experience and Qualifications:
• Experience with marketing tools for content creation/curation and digital campaigns
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to repurpose content and
align to partners’ top-of-mind issues and GTM strategies
• Autonomous using WordPress to post blogs and minimal design skills to format images for
social sharing
• Excellent interpersonal skills, and effective relationship-building talent
• Bachelors’ degree required, preferably in marketing, journalism, or English
• 2-year experience with marketing at a B2B SaaS product company serving enterprise audiences
• High energy, well organized self-starter with strong sense of accountability
• Deep sense of accountability and the ability to drive projects across organizations with urgency
from start to finish
• Curiosity for learning the technical aspects of our products
• Can-do attitude
