Acqueon is looking for an innovative and data-driven Sales Enablement Manager to join our Sales organization. This role will work cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Product to ensure our Sales team has the knowledge and skill for optimized performance and productivity.

- Build new hire onboarding program
- Implement ongoing training program
- Reinforce sales methodology & qualification system (Force Management)
- QA recorded sales calls to provide coaching feedback aligned with the training
- Build certification program
- Organize weekly training sessions
- 5-10 years of sales enablement experience in a SaaS company that hires Enterprise Sales reps who sell to large Enterprise customers
- Experience working in high growth, venture-backed environment
- Prior experience with Salesforce and other Revenue Operations technologies
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to provide constructive feedback directly to the sales team and implement change management
