Job Description:

  • Understand the Acqueon Products.
  • Provide Level 1 support to all the existing customers deployed across globe. This involves, identifying the incident and making necessary corrective action.
  • Understand the client’s business needs in order to work on the incidents/changes requested.
  • Meet SLA’s for incidents raised.
  • Must work in Shifts and provide on call support over the weekend.
  • Analytical Thinking, Problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Must have contact center knowledge and worked on implementation of a complete contact center suite or a component of Contact center – For eg. ACD, CTI, Dialer, Logger, etc.

Key Skills:

  • Must have contact center knowledge and worked on implementation of a complete contact center suite or a component of Contact center – For eg. ACD, CTI, Dialer, Logger, etc.
  • Should have worked on troubleshooting issues
  • Must have working experience on SQL skills on MS SQL Server
  • Knowledge on AWS, Cloud Watch, AMI, Linux
